Hey guys,
After installing windows Vista, two things dont work.
1. Sound Blaster xFI 2. No board network card
First off with the network card. Windows installs the drivers, however nother working, its set to limited connection. I went to nvidia's website and it doesnt include the network drivers in the nForce driver download.
Anyways else have a problem like this?

nVidia network nforce drivers and soundblaster drivers
Yea, there are no *working* drivers yet for the xFI that I am aware of. At least for Vista 65bit.

Hi, On my system Vista had installed the network drivers for my nForce2 on board network card and it runs stable. Check device manager to see if Vista have installed them, but may be your card is not getting and IP address from a DHCP server, as I guess for that "limited connection" message.

That's my problem! I'm only running the 64 bit version. How do I get the 65 bit version?

Too stupid for a beta OS.
When you help someone like this they will just be back in a few more days with more stupid question.
This group is being flooded with moronic questions: How do I get a product key Where do I get a driver for xyz hardware Won't install on my lapotop Won't install on my computer circa 1968 My crappy video card won't run aero glass (the sky is falling) My crappy sound card doesn't work Can't figure out how to activate Will my 16 bit program from 1992 run on Vista How long can I use Vista Beta How do I dual boot I NEED STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO GET XP BACK cannot delete windows.old file
Ignore them, children should only listen to adult conversations, not be incouraged to join in.

Fernando, Vista did install the Network driver but I still get the limited connection. When I do the Internet Wizard, it does not see my router. Any ideas why this is happening? Where is the Command Prompt for me to see what IP address the adaptor has? Thanks
Andy
